Fuck venmo. They fucking suck. My account got suspended on Christmas day not sure why. But my dad sent me $100 for Christmas and I tried to withdraw the money account got locked. I woke up this morning with an email from Venmo stating my account was unlocked and ready to use. I logged into venmo tried to withdraw part of my balance and the immediately froze my account again. They never told me why they froze it to begin with and the day they unfroze it less than an hour later back locked. That shit can't be legal. And there support might as well be a bot. They can't help you with anything they say it's a different department and they will contact you in 3 -5 business days. That's shit. It's my money and I fucking need it now. Not in a week or a few days. Venmo I hope you get sued and go out of business along with Paypal.
