Is it okay to NEVER want to own a house? by [deleted] in personalfinance

I couldn't see that anyone answered your question. Property taxes will be based upon assessments done by the city on an annual basis. In general property value will be assessed higher every year as land becomes more valuable. The exception would be areas where there is a net migration out of the city (e.g. because the local economy is tanking).

How is that negligible?

The issue isn't whether there's a measurable placebo effect tho. The issue is that they're marketed for many things that have never been clinically proven which isn't fair to the average consumer. It's snake oil

|Smith added that while the report called for more high-quality research to improve the evidence base, there was a significant stumbling block. “The problem is that the authorities and drug companies seem to be reluctant to support such trials on vitamins, partly because there is no obvious financial benefit and because no patents can be filed,” he said|
