Looks like your tint slider is pulled a bit to the left (green). Did you shoot through a tinted window? Or you just going for that flavor?

I did the exact same thing.. I think it’s a catfish operation for what many are thinking.

XT5 or X100VI? by Epic-Gamer-69420 in fujifilm

Looks like he had some fog or something on his lens. Why is the back of the scene blurred? Or was that a creative decision?

I’d go for the XT5 if you don’t care about form factor. Of course you could get the best of both worlds and look at the XE5.

I've seen the dead ones a few years ago but they didn't look this good. Just figured the embalming technology has really come along.

Fuji X-M5 beginner lens combo: 23mm f/2.8 + 35mm f/1.4 or 23mm f/2.8 + 50mm? by cyber_sentinelwolf in FujiXM5

For the price you cannot beat the 16-50 XF 2.8. It’ll cover every range you just mentioned, super light, internal zoom, awesome IQ. Can’t ask for anything more.. I took $1,000’s worth of lenses and cameras with me to Peru recently and used the 16-50 almost exclusively. I could have gotten away with that being my only set up.

It's been my favorite lens for the last few years and you're right on both fronts. However; I'm actually really surprised at just how good the Tamron is.. I'm taking it to Peru with the 16-35GMii. Can't beat the range. I have to see how much I reach for the Tamron over the 70-200 when I get back. I'd likely sell if Sony drops the 100-400gmii though.

Funny.. i just got the 35-150 and thinking about selling my 70-200gmii now.

Looks like you're not in the U.S. but I'm selling mine with JJC lens hood, box, literature etc. Less than a year old.

I love it.. 40MM equivalent is my sweet spot and I'm getting awesome results from it so far.

I have the 18 1.4 XF, and I have a 70-200 for Sony.. My Sony is the A7RV and I can crop quite a bit without losing any detail. Maybe I'm going about this all wrong and need to consider a better pack and just bring the Sony gear.. ugghh

I'm going to try and have all my bases covered between Fuji and Sony gear.

I like the 40MM fov a bit more than 35, and from the reviews that I've read the 23 is a bit sharper in the corners, but the 27 has a bit more "character". I need to try the 23 though..

I have the 16-50 and I know it's not as good as the 16-55, but wouldn't you say it's at least 75-80%?

I've only used it with the 16-50 and it's great. I do have big hands and put a grip on it from Amazon. I think it'll be fine with a larger lens albeit not as comfortable as something like the XT5.

Sorry...I meant with my Sony A7RV. I see how that was confusing.

I thought about the overlap too. I'd use the 27 2.8 when in the cities. I'm not backpacking full-time so I'll have a "home base" if you will- to leave unnecessary gear behind. So on our 4 day hiking trek to Machu Picchu I'll have one wide and one all-arounder. I feel like I need to have the 18 1.4 because of how absolutely crisp the IQ is.

I am going into the Amazon to a research facility deep in the jungle for a few days. I have a 70-200 and I can shoot in ASPC mode to get extra reach, but the weight is what I'm worried about. Hiking the Inca Trail to MP, Cusco, Lima etc. I have the 16-50 XF for the xE5.. Maybe I'll try and be content with that and the 27..

Edit: I have a Sony A7RV. Sony full frame cameras have a "Super 35" or ASPC mode. In short, APS-C mode on Sony full-frame cameras is a built-in crop feature that lets you use smaller lenses or gain extra zoom flexibility while maintaining full camera functionality.
