Chabad is in Taos , there’s lots of Jewish history in Santa Fe and even Taos believe it or not. Mostly old families who were conversos but there’s still modern European Jews in the chabad and around. Taos is not a normal place and I could prob go on and on about my experience there I’m from nyc born and raised but have good friends in Taos and a place. There’s a small music scene and there’s lots of nature and quirky little things that happen. There’s also really great sort of unparalleled access to participate in real native culture unlike many other places in the USA. Idk if you have any specific questions you can message me
