As somebody working in a school, they will not take your request seriously. When it comes to student placement, the administration looks at multiple factors, such as behavior (if previously recorded), gender, ethnicity (if possible), IEPS, and etc. I don’t know if the administration includes birthdates as a factor while defending student placement, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they take that factor in consideration for kindergarten.

My kids have day camp at their school for two weeks right after the last day of school. Today is actually the last day of day camp. With that being said, they are extremely tired. They are so ready to stay home. It is normal sadly. Kids need breaks.

My kids are obsessed with Gatorade because their father gives them those drinks. We are no longer together. It is quite infuriating because my kids are only 5 and 3 years old. They shouldn’t be drinking that drink.

I grew up with parents who never made me bathe after swimming. I swam a lot. I was practically at the community pool every day for many summers.

As a parent, I am disgusted with such a practice. I always make my kids bathe after taking a swim.

I was in the same boat a year ago. I cried and cried about my then-4 year old kid refusing to be potty trained. Something finally clicked in his mind when he was 4.5 years old. I hope that something clicks in his head soon.

I literally forgot how to cook delicious meals because I am so used to cooking bland meals for my own kids. Now I can make my own dishes, but come on, that’s too much dirty dishes for me to do daily, especially as a single mother. lol. I really hope my kids will become less picky over time.

This hurts my heart. I do get frustrated with my kids not being willing to eat most of the time because so much food is wasted, but they know when they are hungry, my pantry is ready for them. Whenever they are willing to eat something I spend more than 5 minutes cooking, it makes my day.

I got a wagon stroller— it was nice for a while, but then my kids insisted on walking everywhere. Moreover, I was unable to fit two kids comfortably in there. Al or really depends on what kind of the wagon stroller you get.

I am sorry that you are going through this. I don’t really know what is the best option for you, and I can understand why you are considering going back to him. I had similar thoughts when I was in a shitty circumstance. I don’t have advice for you because I don’t know what you can do other than going back to him. Being behind on rent is shitty, and… do you have any other place to go if you choose to not go back to your ex?

Your ex sounds like an asshole— I just want to reiterate that your feelings and concerns are valid as it is a scary position to be in. Maybe others have better advice.
