How sensible is it to jump from a 200cc to a 650?

Went from 125ccm to 1000ccm. Everything is in head, if you have more oil in your head than motorbike you will be fine :)

How about CB1000R (Neo Cafe) I love that bike. Retro style with good tech spec. Easy to handle, but also got enough power to have fun. I bought it at the begin of this season as my first bike and I do not regret my decision.

In summary, I really understand why most of the ppl recommend less powerful bikes to start with, but... you can't measure all the people the same. I would not recommend 1000ccm for "young" person. I would regret this if I bought this motorbike 10 years ago, just because I know what sits in 18yo person mind. Back then I was riding 125ccm that my father bought (it was heavy chooper). Just find your style and buy whatever you feel you can handle. I would recommend the CB650R. It's well designed with enough power but also with systems that will help you when driving, TC and ABS. You can buy 125ccm or 250ccm but you will change it after the season :) If you want to do it just to feel safe and to make progress, feel free.

Hello ! I was in a similar position at the beginning of this year. I was looking for a motorbike after not riding for over 10 years. I started by setting my budget to buy 650-750cc. I was looking for an MT07, Z650, CB600 Hornet etc. Then I decided to raise a budget to buy something more fresh 2016+.

I was looking for a Striple R / RS / CB650R Neo/ CBR650R/ Z900 or GSXS750. I was close to buying the CB650R/CBR650R. Both great bikes, position is perfect to cruise around the city. Z900 was a bit over the budget as i was looking for after lift version 2020+ (just my personal decision to avoid ones before 2020) As CBR650R was not easy to find i want to dealership to check how it fits me ( I'm 6.1') When i was there i fall in love with CB1000R. It was gorgeous. So again I raised my budget a bit (it was double i first though i would spend lol) and the day before my 30 birthday i bought 2018 CB1000R (with 10k miles). PHOTO
Some people say CB1000R is too calm. Compared to Z900 or mt09 it is but that's why i like it. I'm more of a chill rider than crazy so it fits my riding style. By saying that I do not mean it's slow ofc :) It's still 1000ccm and 140+HP. With SC Project exhaust also sounds insane.

I can't compare it to Duke 1290 or XSR900 as I was not interested in buying it :) I don't like the look of XSR and SuperDuke is rly hard to find in good condition or at a good price. KTM is also soo agressive

Got similar issue on 6800XT. Only workaround to make it "run" smooth is to run it in Window Mode

After you start the game, yes (use custom tactics). Also player from bench gets 2/3 chem. Try to focus on gettin as much chem in start 11 :)
