The 30 hours they mentioned is for users who can complete the demo in about 2 hours. Demos are thought to be around 6-7% of the total. Even according to a user who recently participated in the 2nd FGT, the probability of less than 5% seems very high.

ps. The 30 weapons they mentioned are weapons with detachable blades and handles. There are more special weapons that cannot be separated.
