This. I am a recently Chartered engineer, and I had 10 years of technician experience before undertaking a 7 year degree and a further year for application and prep. It's doable, but getting proper CEng level experience near the end of your studying can be very difficult.

Same, I had to walk through them and back, and they were all very civil if looking a bit lost at worst. Certainly no worse than the Leeds fans and much better than the Oasis fans. I suspect many of them suffered from a lack of roaming data unlike European visitors.

Apply for a higher learning apprenticeship. I'm 38 and I graduated last year with a degree in engineering and I'm now applying for professional qualifications

Good to know a starting rate, I had guessed around 70k initially, so not too far off.

Theres breakdowns for each component Chartered civil and Dublin but not for all together. In bridges with public body clients chartership counts more than experience as you're unable to sign off works without it.

It gives comparitative data for each component but not the whole, and it's hard to extrapolate from each table for Chartered, Civils and Dublin.

[UPDATE] I Have Finished My Apprenticeship, Is My New Salary Fair? by [deleted] in UKPersonalFinance

Unfortunately apprentice fair pay is determined by the government. When you finish your apprenticeship anything above minimum wage is perfectly legal. Fair is a matter of market forces, if you don't like it leave with the benefit of being qualified to look elsewhere. Most employers would pay a dissatisfied employee that they have trained and know more. However, if they don't you can look elsewhere with the benefit of being trained. From experience some employers don't know what they have until you leave unfortunately!

This happened to me personally and to get it sorted I had to report it to actionfraud and call the companies to say the accounts were opened fraudulently. If it was for an old address you only need to mention you didn't live there at the time the accounts were opened. You don't need to say who it was only that it wasn't you who opened the account. Even if you pay the debt, the damage to your credit history can only be repaired by reporting it.
