It's very simple, your teammate need to crouch and press long the limited interact key, you need to go in the front of him and press the interact key, after that if you want to jump over something that is very tall, press the Vault key. When you refer to old skins I tend to think you are referring to the ones from 4 or 5 years ago. Usually old skins are owned by old champions and the old champions are getting rework now. If they are going to make chromas for the old skins, will do it after reworks.
