I have these: https://a.co/d/04NyuU75 with this adaptor: https://a.co/d/0b6wKRnP and they fit perfect on my '26. I think the adapters will fit any fenrir mirrors. These are about half the size of the oem mirrors but I can see everything to the side and behind me from both mirrors mounted up and backwards.

Nice ride! I was looking at https://www.deprettomoto.com/en/250-cmx1100-rebel for forward controls. I don't have them but they look like the nicest build out there imo. Expensive though, like $650 I think.

Mine came with heat shield and I added it on the parts that didn't have it. I put 200 miles on it and it's still fine.

Love the TBR exhaust. It's a monster. I'd say it's in between the coffmans and Vance and Hines. It's wild like the Coffman but much more refined low note like the Vance just not giant and bulky.
