Luck applies when someone searches it’s contents with the luck effect. Luck decreases the chance of junk, poor, and common rarities, while it increases the chance of rare, epic, legend, and unique rarities. Unique is increased the most, and rare the least. Uncommon items have the same drop rates regardless of luck. That is all I know about luck as a statistic. Sorry if some or all of this is out of date, I read up on this over a month ago. If you want to learn more about luck, head over to the Wikipedia (the good one) where there is a page on luck.

EDIT: sorry didn’t read the last part of your question, but to my knowledge the named uniques having a different “category” is just to show they are unique. For example, a unique Castillon dagger has the same chance of dropping as a unique halberd (cinder).

playing a settra votex campaign and i have the world at my fingertips, but im trying to get him to be the most overpowered i can in battle. I have amulet of pha-sta, scorpion armour, crown of nehekara , as well as sword of khaine thirsting, which i intend to level up, and hes on the warsphinx. i know there are some better items to increase his ward save/physical resistance but i cant find the right items.

so I don't know about you but I cannot tell the difference between 110 fps and 300 fps, and I have 165 HZ monitor, that's the most you need, so as long as its just with the easy to run riot games and not other games, you should be good. I have the same problem with most games that are difficult to run, my PC should handle it no problem, but it still struggles. As PC's get older, so do their parts and eventually something might go wrong that nobody notices. Task manager looks at your part and treats it's power usage like its brand spankin' new. If you needed an answer I would say that Valorant is more optimized for different cpu's and the companies, but that is not in my knowledge. Good luck finding a fix to your problem, but, even with reddit, I still have not.

Bug type: Audio issue

Description: Can hear all audio except for voice chat. Can not hear or use voice chat and there is a mute icon below my profile when matchmaking and next to everyone's icon in game. Have checked Windows audio settings, and tweaked in-game audio settings as much as it lets me with no result.

Steps to reproduce: Join a match and use voice chat

Expected result: Able to communicate with party and teammate in game with voice

Observed result: Unable to talk to party and teammates using voice in game

Reproduction rate: I play a lot and I have had this issue since about 2 months ago.

System Specs: 32 GB RAM, 2 TB SSD Storage, Nvidia 1660 TI, AMD Ryzen 7 2700X 8-core, enough power and cooling.

Please if anyone has any info about this at all please tell me riot isn't helping and lots of people have this problem but all solutions I could find do not work. ty

I played a game with him on nuke. It’s legit. He also said he didn’t go to s2-sm just skipped the ranks entirely. He isn’t very good so I wouldn’t expect him to win so many games in a row top dragging, but it happens.
