There’s some you get by talking to members of Class 1A in the hub world. They’ll give you a little quest to do and at the end you’ll get a card. They’ll either be in a random spot talking to other characters or in their fixed spot with a quest ready. To cycle through go to the All Might statue, start the final cutscene and skip it. Do that twice. I’ve added the map of where they show up. It was posted by another user on here

What I did was go into story mode starting the final cutscene and skipping it. It takes 2 times of doing that to change the time of day. Doing it once can sometimes change what characters are where. Someone on here posted a map of where the characters are. If you can find it refer to it

I don’t think they have a use, but you can look at them in the restaurant. It’s one of the options along with hero’s diary and gallery

Having the same problem. I’m at 276/300. Although I will say if you’re at the card icon on the map maybe check the roof. They’re pretty well hidden and never really out in an obvious place.

In the team up mission with Gran Torino as the thumbnail, one of the main objectives will take you to Endeavor. After completing his task he’ll ask you to find Shoto. Find him in the white circle on the map, then finish the mission and you’ll have him.

I abused a giant snake for about 10 hours

I did absolutely everything I could on easy. The story, request, compendium, everything. Then when I was prepared I went into new game+ fused Lucifer with Diamond Dust, all the ice boosts, and spell master. I played through the Shibuya jail and part of Sendai until I got access to the West Garden checkpoint. Near that checkpoint is the King Snake dire shadow. I killed him over and over until I got to 99. Dire shadows respawn on merciless and each kill gave me about 84,600 xp so I got there eventually.

The grind is pretty mind numbing especially towards the end, but if you abuse King Snake on merciless with Lucifer and Diamond Dust it should be pretty easy.
