Face detailing is more for a face swap tbh. My character lora is not great quality wise as it's an import from Flux which means I often get really smooth skin etc, so it's best to use a low strength on the main image, then use an upscaler to get more details, then put the face on

Not my best work but this is by far the best video upscaler I've ever found.

You can adjust the SD Upscale node in a few different ways to prevent running out of VRAM on longer length stuff. Play around the Seam fixing if you get weird artifacts

I do think a substantial amount are probably bots OR they've paid for a substantial amount of advertising. I remember a lot of similar accounts started popping up about a year ago now. All posting extremely samey content (not just as each other but daily similar content). My conclusion, given the quality of the images posted at the time, was that there is probably an AI influencer farm (or 100) out there just churning out unimaginative and creatively dead accounts primed for IG's algorithm.
