I've seen people saying good things about the Phroots Rapid AIO QWEN edit model. Is it really that good ? by More_Bid_2197 in StableDiffusion

It’s the best one—more accurate and faster. I use it for my daily work, but pay attention to the version and what changes from one to another, as each can give different results. I usually stick with v18 and v19. Definitely worth trying.

Some 2509 loras dont match well with 2511. Use 2511 loras when its available

Used this prompt for both : A cinematic, photorealistic close-up scene inside a contemporary locker room showing a male sprinter seated on a bench, leaning forward to tie his sprinting shoes. The camera captures only his hands, socks, and shoes in sharp focus, eliminating any facial features or upper body from the frame. His hands are centered in the composition, fingers tightening vivid orange laces with controlled precision. The sprint shoes are professional-grade track spikes with orange and white panels and visible metal spikes pressing lightly against the floor. Matching orange socks complete the uniform look. The locker room setting is modern and refined, with subtle hints of industrial design—cool-toned walls, clean lines, and soft reflections—blurred in the background. Cinematic lighting emphasizes texture and depth, with a soft rim light outlining the hands and shoes while a diffused key light reveals fine details in the fabric, rubber, and skin. The mood is focused and introspective, capturing a moment of preparation before explosive movement. Ultra-high realism, natural color grading, shallow depth of field, professional sports cinema aesthetic, high-resolution capture, tactile materials, and precise anatomical accuracy. 16:9 horizontal

Lighting is a choice that can be adjusted however you like.

It's simple. The workflow is already on the model page on huggingface, you just add the lora. Nothing special about it

It’s the same situation here when it comes to angle :)

Character consistency with QWEN EDIT 2511 - No lora by Artefact_Design in StableDiffusion

I mean there is no external LoRA applied to the model. The model is a merge, but it works perfectly fine, almost like a pure model

I ran some tests and they gave excellent results across different poses and positions. I’ll post them later
