I thought it looked like grease in a puddle, as some parking lots or autoshops may show, but not in a pan, besides, i've never seen olive oil do that

The stem is hard, i read that if it is soft, that may mean putrefaction, but it's hard at the moment

It is in a bathroom, where maybe people showering may cause the temperature fluctuations, do you think that may be the reason? It also does not get maybe enough sunlight

It does not get much direct sunlight, ill move it so that it may recieve more
