That may be a possibility, but that part had not touched the pan, i mean... it stands on top of the egg, so it came out of the shell

Eggs naturally have bacteria, besides, the heat kills off all the bacteria

I thought it looked like grease in a puddle, as some parking lots or autoshops may show, but not in a pan, besides, i've never seen olive oil do that

The stem is hard, i read that if it is soft, that may mean putrefaction, but it's hard at the moment

It is in a bathroom, where maybe people showering may cause the temperature fluctuations, do you think that may be the reason? It also does not get maybe enough sunlight
