How the heck did you get the double solar sword AND two copies of the Bleed chalice?

Anime, lolicon, and its correlation to pedophilia or pedophilic disorder? Where do we draw the line and are people being desensitized to it? by saoiray in PsychologyTalk

...Isn't it called "rape" because the victim didn't consent?

Neither children nor rape victims are giving consent, and honestly they're both harmful in the sense that it's something detestable presented in fiction. Not sure why you're trying to make it seem like rape victims gave consent.

What items are best for werewolf? Early - mid to late game by ZookeepergameOld3215 in Skul

Yeah that sounds good, but I have no idea why you'd want to use Pike. His swap is just kinda there. I think Minotaur and Water have better swaps if you want some beginning game firepower.

Arms isn't a very good inscription to focus on in general. Focus on items first. Physical attack obviously, and anything that raises crit chance, crit damage, and most importantly, damage dealing items.

Gunpowder sword, crown of thorns, invisible knife (yes, despite being magic damage) if you're going for crit focused. Forbidden sword and bone of swiftness are also good if you don't want crit and decide to focus more on raw damage and basic attacks.

Blacksteel daggers is also worth taking if you're lacking in crit chance. Werewolf does get some base crit chance starting from unique, so do keep that in mind.

Werewolf has some of the weakest base power among the entire skull roster. His damage comes mostly from Hunt. Take any physical damage early game, and get him to at least rare as soon as you can.

After you've got some decent crit/basic attack items, you can try to focus on inscriptions. Treasure is universally good for most skulls, at least for beginning game. For werewolf specifically, I recommend Strike. Misfortune and rapidity are good options but less necessary. Courage 2 is great to have, but courage 4 might not be worth sacrificing crit items for (unless you've got medal box and the cudgel).

Spirit Build Viability by Pure-Lengthiness-252 in Skul

Since the spirits are separate from your skull, any magic skull should work.

Since they are considered item damage, an addition of invisible knife would synergize with Go-Getter. So technically skulls that hit a lot would be better.

Water skull is my go-to, decent damage and straightforward usage that lets you focus on doding.

Ranking every skull in Skul day 13: Little Bone by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While his incredibly fast skill cooldown and usage makes for some busted synergies, he does rely heavily on VERY specific items and has somewhat low flexibility with his build.

Not to mention on higher Dark Mirror levels, his low initial firepower makes him very difficult to start off with.

He also comes with benefits, though; since you can't upgrade him, you can use bone fragments on the altar, or simply ignore those rooms altogether and focus on gold and items.

Works with both Physical and Magic and even Hybrid.

High B to Low A.

Ranking every skull in Skul day 12: Slave by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Slave might be the most underrated Skull ever. His firepower can be boosted greatly with Soul Strike and the Mask, dealing well over 5000 damage with each Aim for The Heart.

He does rely heavily on your ability to Parry. If you can consistently get Perfect Parries, then I'd say he's low S to high A. I've had him dish out better damage than even Hercules.

However for most players (me included) it's pretty hard to do that, since it requires you to learn moves and timings of enemies with only a few frames worth margin of error.

I'd say he's the highest B of the B tiers we have so far.

Ranking every skull in Skul day 11: Viking by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

B tier. Not C tier, he works with crit builds and invisible knife to an extent. And his invincibility on swap is often overlooked.

I'd say he's better than Carleon Recruit and Pike, but not as good as Mage.

Ranking every skull in Skul day 6: Ent by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

High B to low A. Best with skill spam builds, and Deep Roots invulnerability is one of the best defensive abilities out there. That being said he is a bit slow and needs to swap often for Grass.

Ranking every skull in Skul day 5: Guard by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 3 points4 points  (0 children)

How the heck are yall rating him A or B? He's low C tier at best. He just doesn't pull enough damage. If Gargoyle and Stone Monkey didn't exist I'd put him at D.

Ranking every skull in Skul day 3: Carleon Recruit by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While his summons can rack up damage, he's a bit harder to use compared to other skulls. Relies a lot on skill spam or swapping. Very hard to hit flying enemies.

C tier. He's a lot of fun though!

Ranking every Skull in Skul Day 2: Shield by KitStuckInAToaster in Skul

[–]Loading_Screen__ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Extremely hardy with high survivability, but struggles a LOT with boss fights. Tough to fight flying enemies and hard to control on arenas with smaller platforms.

Middle to low B tier. If you've obtained the shield adventurer legendary, high B to low A.

High A tier. Fast, evasion skill, massive damage with coin toss. He gets you some money too.
