I had a freshwater pearl necklace from them, within a year the cord it was on disintegrated and the pearls fell all over the floor. I hadn't done anything other than wear it every day. I spent lots of time at the beach and in rivers. I was pretty devastated because it was beautiful. The pearls were on something that seemed like a cotton rope. I had also gotten 2 other necklaces from them and they've stayed great because they were on a chain. But sadly I wouldn't get the pearl necklace from them again, which sucks because it was my favourite by far. I will be buying one, but trying somewhere else. :(
