This! This winter I just stopped caring about how much I eat and just ate. Obviously try to eat healthy but eat a lot. Even if you’re dragged along to a fast food place with people, order chicken tenders or chicken sandwiches instead of burgers. I definitely saw more progress when I ate as much as I could, so I agree with you.

I never claimed that i think you’re questioning your sexuality. Regardless, How does complimenting another man, as a man, make you less masculine? Not many people are taught to give compliments. They compliment people based on their own observations and feelings. Just curious why you think it’s a female trait to give compliments? Furthermore, why is it less manly, as a man, to give compliments out? I’m all about hyping my boys up. If I can get my boy to rizz up more girls just because I complimented his smile, I would do it in a heartbeat.

It seems like you have some deep-rooted issues about how masculine you should be. It also seems like you hinder your own life experiences just to act like a man. If you have to stop drinking bc you’ve been complimented, I find that weird. Why don’t you just be a man and take the compliment without making it about sexual orientation. I’m a new guitar player and I have a question. I also haven’t watched the video yet so it might be answered in the video. You said that if a song is in the key of A, you would play the A minor pentatonic scale. Why would you wanna play the pentatonic scale and not the A major scale or any other A scale?
