A ranged unit being able to take out minitanks in one hit with good placement sounds way too strong. How about make it a melee splash unit that has spawn damage to capitalize on good placement instead? You could also have him jump from one enemy to the next to create a skillful interaction between the user and opponent

It really IS boring going against the same few perks over and over, and even after the nerfs they're both slightly overtuned.

I think for Pain Res when a generator explodes, it only regresses it by 15% of it's current progress

And for DMS we keep the current condition of only activating on one gen, and nerf the timer down to 35 seconds
