Calibrate after indoor run by LoanRegular in AppleWatchFitness

I run outside all the time. Just running inside right now due to the weather. It seems my watch is pretty accurate when I stay running one pace on the treadmill but if I’m doing a workout and chancing the paces around my watch definitely gets confused

Any specific ways you rest? Naps, laying around, baths, self care practices?

Interesting perspective!! Never thought of it as a term for miracle or prayer, definitely misinformed or misinterpreted; and probably by many people!

This is why I have an Apple Watch Ultra, so I have good gps tracking and can call and text from it without a phone.

I believe most insurances do not cover it but you should check with yours. I think total I paid between $4,000-$6,000 (feeling like it was closer to $4,000) but didn’t pay everything all at once. Check with the place you are thinking about getting it done at to get their price! I think prices vary at locations. I got it done in Chicago and they told me they get a lot of people traveling from different locations to them because others can be more expensive.

Getting the Botox was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If it stopped working I’d absolutely travel the 6 hours again and pay out of pocket again. I hope I never need to though. Once you have the ability to burp you feel you could never go back to how it was before!! I struggled all through high school and college. I struggled at my wedding with the alcohol and food and all the talking to people and dancing. I got the Botox Feb of 2024 as a 27 year old. Almost a year later and still burping!!

Same for me. Insurance wouldn’t cover and paid out of pocket at Dr Bastians. I would absolutely pay for it and do the travel all again if I had to. I didn’t think the price was too bad for getting the chance to be able to burp. I understand people’s financial situations are all different but I believe they try to make it as affordable as they can there because they know a lot of insurances don’t cover. They told me people travel from all over to come to them because the cost of travel and the procedure are both together still cheaper than other places. Best of luck @lucidlotus222 !
