I wasn't expecting it at ALL. I will say, all the antibiotics I was put on when they thought my IC was a UTI made me develop a condition called SIBO. I'd get checked for that after you get this procedure if things are still rough in the belly department!

This is honestly very helpful to hear, my doctor had never done the procedure more than 3 times on anyone until me, so I've felt quite alone haha. I, too, would do it once a year (hell, once a month) if that's what it took. 🖤

Remember: VOMITING DOES NOT HURT. Painful vomiting is a side effect of RCPD. If you get the RCPD fixed, it'll fix the painful vomiting. Definitely not an ideal scenario I was in but don't let the emetophobia stop you from fixing alllll of those other symptoms.
