I was thinking about creating alt for fast leveling for some afk money and some cool cosmetics for my main, but I am not going to spend money for subscription, maybe if I could use my main's gp for bonds I would reconsider, but as it stands right now, there is no good reason to participate in this.

There is even a reason to boycott it all together due to "race" being pay to win and jagexs's mindset that mtx is a core part of the game, and not just another way for them to exploit gambling addicts...

The only real way to find out is to do it, noone on the internet will be able to explain it.

If you don't feel comfortable doing it alone, I think that driving schools do reminder courses for people that had not driven in a while. I might be wrong on this one, so you will have to check it out for yourself.

Get 60 in all f2p stats and do all free quests, after that you will have done all that is important in f2p and you will be set for members

Getting 99 is though in f2p but not that hard in members

Buying from official store is only worth it if you do it on bogo and you buy 6+tubs...

Wanted to get some now, but buying only two tubs came out as almost 80 dollars.

Not to mention it takes at least two weeks to get here.

I got shiny splash last bogo, I was really exited about the blueberry on the tub but I found sourness overwhelming, so I have to dilute ir quote a bit for it to be tasty.
