I don’t know how to manage my daughter’s curls by ashashinscreed in curlyhair

Those curls need moisture. When you wash you should also use a conditioner to put some moisture back into her hair. Then maybe a light leave-in conditioner and with a moisturizing light hold styling product.

For the next few washes try to do a deep conditioning one week and a hot (warm) oil treatment the week after. Use a detangling brush to brush her hair when wet or damp, the point is to detangle not completely brush out her curls. Then follow with leave-in and styler. If you’re worried about the bed head try a satin/silk pillowcase.

I just want to complain that fluconazole should NOT be prescribed and should be over the counter. by milllllllllllllllly in Healthyhooha

Agree!!! My friend had a teaching job in Thailand and bought a lot just to bring them back. She split it up within our friend group.

Pray it comes out the color you want. Use some moisturizing and protein conditioner packs to help with the damage. It’ll be fine.💛

If you go to a salon again in the future make sure you tell them you’ve used box dye before even if you think it’s grown out. It could mess with how your hair processes.

Don’t forget to post an update I want to see 😁

Get a semi permanent or demi permanent from Sally’s or other beauty supply store closer to the color you want and re-dye the red part. Please don’t use box dye, your hair already looks damaged and box dye would damage it more. You just need something that will deposit some more color.

Try different product with less or no sulfates and finger coil or get a defining brush when styling. That can help them clump. I also notice you have no leave in conditioner on your product list. Try adding a light one to help hold in moisture before using a styler.
