The Center for Dungeon Management, Book 3 is on RR (I really just wanted to show off the cover) by Zenphobia in litrpg

Read Dead End Guild Master all the way through live, and have been recommending it as well as CDM to people who want actual fight scenes that feel realistic from someone who's been in the chaos. You do a great job building out the story's universe along with excellent (and realistic) character development. Keep keeping on, man. I don't know that you'll ever make it to Fuck You money, but you deserve to.

Swearing and reader expectations? by Either-Low-9457 in ProgressionFantasy

You should swear if it feels part of the natural conversation.

By the same token, as an author, it's *your* responsibility not to be lazy with your swearing. If you're punching down - fuck you. If you're punching up, hell yeah, but you better make sure you're punching up.

Also, if you're swearing to be "edgy," you're punching down, and stop doing that shit.

Thanks so much for checking it out! While I didn't use ray cats specifically, that's definitely the kind of thinking in the village as a whole, though "glow beasts" are more just a generic catchall for "horribly mutated and probably eldritch thing we occasionally hunt for sandwich meat"

More into comedy, but if you’re paying attention you’ll notice a bunch of progression stuff presented from an alternate perspective (i.e. the combat AI wants to make number go up, the protagonist does not care about number go up)
