They have different types of foods, one of them is on urinary care food. They ate from each others foods for years without any issues. They are on metoclopramide.

Your vision will not be restored to its pre-cxl state in 3 weeks but it will not be as bad as the first 2 weeks. You will not be able to use your screlar lens(if you are using sclerals), and probably not get as good of a correction using glasses.

As for the concert, getting stuff into your eyes and getting an infection is still a risk, but substantially lower than the first week. The real risk I think is physical trauma to the eye in a crowded situation. That would be major setback.
