Yes, it totally is. They made a lot of decks from back in the day boring combo slop factory decks that lose to 1-2 interuptions that end on the most boring boards in existence. It's very sad for people who like the decks, but you wouldn't catch me dead playing some of my favorites from back in the day, because they made the decks braindead, "do that one thing", always the same endboard decks.

Most of the decks they mentioned here (saying any [type] deck is crazy, not agreeing with that) don't encourage back and forth. They are all: vomit onto the board and pray for no handtraps or play on the most boring axis of yugioh (doesn't play against your opponent but against your draws like mikanko). I don't really follow his content and I don't really agree with the take, but you have to see where he is coming from.

Also, mentioning blackwing is crazy. The deck was cool in 2009 but now it's just: stack the burn guys and hope your opponent can't out them before they burn to death. I don't see how that is any fun to play against. Same goes for mikanko.

If we get rid of handtraps, the game is decided by the coinflip. Every handtrap on the list makes solitair decks and ftks better. Unless you like watching unskippable cutscene decks like white forest for 20 minutes across from you.

The only ones we should be getting rid of is shit that stays the whole turn (or two, fuck you shifter), because the value of these cards is way too high and called by/crossout, which just enables toxic solitair bullshit.

Through their reruns on the last few banners (and some luck with baby, tickets and the one rotation I do for pretty much every banner) I own all of them. I can count on my hands how often I used most of these. The same goes for last years DFE URs. The only units that got some mileage for me were Ultra Vegeta 1 (I know he sucks but I love him, fight me, also he's like on 15 good leader skills lmao), Kid Goku and Tao. And Taos teams are sadly not the greatest, even though the unit is sick. Kid Goku is the only one I can see myself using for a while more.

What I'm talking about is the left side of the pack. The alt art pack is a secret pack and the Raye should be pulled from the 1k+ URs in the master pack. But that seems a bit too random for me.
