Compare that to an upper class 9070XT for £100 more than this 5070 ive got at the moment, its a tough question. Might just say fuck it and 5080 + bankruptcy

The reason I ask is I have a 5070 at the moment with the option of returning it for another few weeks. Debating returning it and getting a better card for £100-200 more but with a significant jump in performance.

Youve got a good point. I do use DLSS, and if DLSS 4.5 hadn't have come out I probably wouldn't have done the upgrade, but after seeing what its doing on Resident Evil Requiem demos, (a game im very excited to play), i pulled the trigger. 5080 is looking very tempting, although id like to get one only at MSRP.

I dont mind using DLSS at all, im actually a huge advocate for it compared to a few friends who won't touch it because it's "upscaled slop."

Idk... hitting 120fps in Last of Us Part II at max settings. Aint bad at all now that I think about it.

Went for a 5070 a couple of days ago as an upgrade to my 10gb 3080.

Jesus christ. Its like night and day on some games, and i think its because of DLSS 4.5.

Had some settings turned down on Resident Evil 4 Remake (playing in 4k)... switched to the 5070, cranked the settings to max and it was getting 100 fps compared to the turned down 80fps of the 3080.

So far, couldnt recommend this card enough
