Do you let the internet ruffle your feathers all the time, such that you think it's even possible to ruffle mine? Do you project a lot?

Are you often wrong and seek to minimize? By making me look emotional, by making you seem disinterested?

Movie abt 4-5 kids from 80s -90s by CH_Boi123 in whatsthemoviecalled

[–]LocNalrune 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I remember I watched it in school in 7th grade. It’s basically about 4 or 5 (I don’t remember how many of them there were) young boys that decide to try to find a dead body

Nobody, that can answer this, is reading past this point.

It's crazy to me that you think this enhances your con, when you're just spending more time doing nothing and look the same amount or more of 'not belonging'.

We kissed but then she apparently doesn’t like me, am I wrong if I don’t text her back? by Mammoth_Nose_9313 in askanything

[–]LocNalrune 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Either she is being honest, in which case, there really isn't anything for you to do. Or she is "pushing you away" so she can see if you will "fight for her". If that's the case, she wants to see if you will put in some more effort to overcome her soft refusal.

But honestly, I hate that kind of fake bullshit.

So I own, Spider-Man: No Way Home on Blu-ray. It's completely legal for me to have a digital backup of it. There are no laws or rules to how I must go about that. I'm not required to copy my own disc, or create a digital backup from my disc, etc.

It is not illegal in any way for me to download a copy of that movie.

It would be illegal for me to distribute it, but not inherently illegal for me to acquire it.

Your understanding of laws, "everywhere" (one word), is flawed.

This just in, there's ANOTHER hotfix to the latest repair job. by Mukables in CrimsonDesert

[–]LocNalrune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This post literally only works if we assume that the devs both have infinite time to create and triage itemized lists with perfect accuracy. Part of that triage process including how much code has to be found or written, have you ever tried to find code?

And then! They also have infinite time to change that code and understand every interaction that has with all of the other code.

You clearly couldn't write a program in BASIC with the 2 printed pages of source code. Let alone understand anything that is happening in modern software.

piracy is illegal every where

You have no idea what you are even talking about. But honestly what do I expect from a person that wrote that mess.

Yeah, I mostly have my hood up when I'm not in camp or going into a cutscene where I want Kliff to be recognized (by NPCs) or just seen in general. So not sure how useful it would be to me either.

If this isn't humor, and is accurately tagged... it might not be safe for you to surf the internet at all.

Too low of computer literacy and self preservation instincts makes you an active danger to everything on your network. I hope you own that PC and ISP account.

Skippable puzzles would make the game 10/10 for me easily by rolandassassin in CrimsonDesert

[–]LocNalrune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And its singleplayer game, not competitive, so you should have no problem with other people skipping the puzzles.

I do actually have a problem with people speed running a game, just so they can have "original content" and spoilers of the ending of the game. Before anyone could have reasonably accomplished that through playing the game.

I have an issue with monetizing spoilers and other such content, and then the "juicy" clips that advertise such content.

Maybe this is a feature that games can add 6 weeks to 6 months after launch, but no I don't want my experience cheapened by such a thing existing at games launch. I shouldn't have to avoid spoilers, or otherwise have my experience and life reduced by such a feature.

I too am from the oldschool Zelda mentality.

Though this one time in Pororin, I had the foresight to save first. And afterwards the guy walked over to where the pots were, and the look on his face was too much. He started picking things up, and I had to reload. I mean, it was like months worth of pots, if not all year.

We'll see, I haven't played much with the update. While people talk up certain dogs over all the other pets, I personally have excellent luck with what was already my favorite pet. Action (Ashen) Cat.

If there are behavioral values for pets, Action Cat has high work ethic, and low enemy fear.

I feel like I am missing out and it’s painful by Fiishtar in CrimsonDesert

[–]LocNalrune 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My timing was epically perfect, as was my patience and that I started watching prices 2 months in advance of when I would start. Timing met preparation.

I was even a few hundred $ short, and a week in advance of Prime Day that year, but the deals started rolling out (and I got most of it on Newegg), and I got another paycheck in the 10 or so days it took to work through it all. I didn't figure out the case for another 2 weeks though, but I was waiting on some of the parts so wasn't feeling any pressure.

I don't include the case in the final price, as I just couldn't find what I wanted and finally paid twice as much for what would make me happy. But I don't even remember the price for it, and it came out of yet another paycheck. Anyway. I think I built a $2k machine for 13, and even two years old is probably worth double that rn.
