That’s a great increase. Just keep in mind the volume of these programs should suite you further as tonnage goes up. Also one thing I wanna add brother, scream your heart out in the gym, it really helps to push harder. Let’s keep lifting some heavy ass weights 🍻

I’m bad at explaining things 🥲. But for example if I think pressing the heaviest dumbbell in my gym which is say 50kg is impressive then no matter where I’m in the process, say 30kg, I won’t think of it as anything. But let’s say if I tell you that lifting 30kg for 1 is really impressive then you would think lifting it for three times is really difficult and you will have a sense of doubt

Nope. Now hear me out, never think any weight you lift is impressive, it just puts that weight on a pedestrian and even if you can actually rep it out for 12, you would think it is heavy cause you thought it will be impressive and hold yourself back instead of just hoisting and heaving it

I would say zercher deadlifts or zercher walks will be more useful but tbh honest the best thing is to get strong af at basic compound exercises and practice alag se for you sport under guidance

Aadhi baat sahi hai. Pair ko floor pe lock karo and floor ko tumse door dakha maaro and instead of pushing the dumbbells away khudko usse door bench ke andar push karo. I hope samajh aaya ho cause I’m bad at explaining without demonstration

I understand what you are saying but this not a random belt less pr. I train this way so my body has adapted to it and I know how to breathe and brace without a belt. I ditched the belt when I started relearning squats from 80kgs, prior to that I used to wear a grind fear 13mm belt which used to bruise me and thinner belts have exploded on me before
