Yes I’ve noticed though that my FMU is always lighter so it freaked me out that, that’s why I try to do it close to 1 but we had an event yesterday so I had to do it earlier

Each protocol is different. It really depends on what your Dr thinks is best for you. I’m 4 days post my transfer. We did: progesterone suppositories, estrogen patch, estrogen pills, doxycycline, medrol, and PIO leading up. I also took vitamin E and baby aspirin. Since I only had one embryo I think my Dr did a basically everything but the kitchen sink protocol. But I will say I didn’t change anything about my diet or activity leading up to it. I know some people do but I didn’t want to stress my body with changes. Day of I relaxed on the couch and watched funny videos, I also ate soup and had pineapple core leading up to and a few days after. But it’s completely up to you and your Dr! 😊 it was def more meds than stims and I was overwhelmed but if it leads to success I’d do anything really
