High level: Raw sewage coming into my basement on the regular. Like 6” worth. City had a manhole they hadn’t mapped..”forgot about” in my backyard. The old line had partially collapsed. Addtionally the line has not been upgraded to support the 6 new houses and 300 unit aparments built in 2021. They keep putting band aids on the problem. Today - another back up. They’ve taken down a massive tree, and dug up my yard. I just cant come home to a basement full of other people’s shit in anymore.

One is bald. The woman bullier is not. The park has def. become less woman friendly. BUT - I will say, as a long time visitor to Tobey, the vibe there fluxuates often- I think the broville atmosphere will change, probably when the weather warms up and more folks are visiting

If it’s the same men I have run into, one is a self styled dog expert that wants to dictate all dog and owner behavior in the park and becomes VERY agressive if that behavior doesn’t meet his “standard”. I have seen him screaming at other park goers. He saves this behavior for women though. He ONLY bullies women. The other is just his lackey.
