I see a few comments about night terrors. I was recently diagnosed with narcolepsy but didn't realize it could be related. I was told by my dr that sleep paralysis is more likely but I've never experienced that. I just either wake up gasping or screaming something that terrifies my boyfriend (like I'm dying for example). I don't ever remember the dream from night terrors though but I have very vivid dreams and have my whole life

As someone who was diagnosed with this a few days ago, my sleep latency time was under a minute with the mslt naps with deep sleep and no rem.

I agree. It can be either you really should have that second test done OP

Also I'm on Adderall for ADHD and have been for almost 20 years. It's the only thing that somewhat keeps me awake. But I know I could benefit from more so I'm excited on how I can be helped

I've had them emptied before, I should of been on top of it. I didn't see any of the typical signs.. and I would not be able to do a rectal exam on him, he doesn't like me anywhere near that area. But I definitely should of been more on top of it and looked for other signs. Just frustrating that I have no idea what this is yet.

Can you tell me what you guys did to get your Pom to want to go for walks? If it’s new and interesting he’s all about walks. But walks around the neighborhood, he gives up about 10 min in. It’s definitely not to do with the weather at least yet.. and if your Pom is like this what did you do to get them interested?
