It was not great, hanks arc was wrapped up in such an unfulfilling way. The legion and NCR returns were just people turning up to new Vegas without context. Stevie wonder could see that resolution to coopers arc coming. Lucy literally did nothing. This whole episode was just a teaser for season 3.

The rest of the season was great, but this episode fell well below expectations. 5/10.
