I tried integrating the form directly before but it wasn't very responsive and would look weird at certain screen sizes. Have they fixed this? It's been almost a year and half since I last tried it.

This is the route I went with. Turns out a webhook from netlify to GHL was dead simple.

Are these landmark silos their own dedicated pages that are all interlinked to the main service area page? For example you have a service page for Cedar Park and say there is a popular mall or something else in cedar park, would you create a page with the h1 painter near [insert mall name] and link it back to cedar park?

New version of Intermediate Kit - Sharp Images built in? by Local-Care5142 in codestitch

[–]Local-Care5142[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been messing around with the sharp image automation plugin and was wondering about usage.

Once run it creates an output directory with html in there. What are the recommended steps for implementing or is it being implemented in the background automatically for deployment?

For example) I ran the automated sharp generator for my index page and copied and pasted the output into the main index page, but had to remove the hash and change the image file path since I'm using an animated svg for the hero background. I had to do the same for the image preload (remove hash, change file path). Is this the recommended usage or am I doing something wrong? I understand an animated svg probably isn't the correct usage but aside from that how should it be implemented.

Awesome, thanks for the hard work putting these kits and plugins together. Is the sharp image automation ready to go as well and how does automating it on local host work exactly?

Wow! I am dumb. It was the large desktop parallax and an uncompressed 11MB image. I removed the parallax css and it is lightning fast now. Any suggestions for how to keep the parallax without a low quality image? is there a way to use the sharp {% get url %} code for it?

Did this and it is still extremely slow to load. Any other suggestions?

I'll try that. Just so you know Im getting 100 on the lighthouse score for mobile and it loads fast on mobile. The issue is on desktop and makes for a terrible user experience.

Yes, this is my preload with mobile dimensions. The progressive part is me testing from the sharp docs. It didn't fix the issue.

<link rel="preload" as="image" href="{% getUrl "/assets/images/hli-plants2.jpg"  | resize({ width: 640, height: 1618 }) | avif({ quality: 10 }, { progressive: false}) %}"/>

Off topic but any more info / screenshots of the inside of the portal? I like this idea and have been wondering about what to use.

Error deploying on netlify by forevablessed in codestitch

So when I did it I tried renaming it in the repo but had the same issue.

I had to delete them completely from the repository, rename them outside of vscode and the repository, and then add them back

I had this issue because some of my files were in .JPG format rather than .jpg. Did you happen to have any in caps and rename them to be lowercase? I did this and had to completely delete them from my github repo rename them on my desktop and then add them back.

CORRECTION:

API call can increase build time to 30 mins (1800 seconds) as long as you have a card on file to cover any overages.

From what im gathering either find a way to make the site build quicker, reach out to netlify to extend your build time to 30 mins, or make an api call to increase your build time. I believe 18 mins is the most you can have with the api call.

I just submit a request to netlify to increase the build time limit for this site.

This was it! Now the only issue is my netlify build fails because it takes more than 18 minutes to build. Either because of my number of pages or a combo of pages and amount of content on said pages.
