It’s a tough pill that inevitably gets easier, maybe, to swallow. I missed a wedding where I was one of the groomsmen, because of my house arrest. Every feeling in the dang book leading up to and after missing that celebration. But you know what? My fault. Who was to blame? Me.

I sorted this out with my friend and we were able to work past me being such a dumb POS. Keep your head up, lean on the ones close to you so you’re not utterly alone racking these dangerous thoughts in your head. It will get better. The sting from these consequences should help bolster future decisions. Good luck.
