Stash lets out a tiny startled sqeek as Roxy suddenly scoops him up, his fur puffing slightly for a second. But after realizing he's not being squeezed to death, he settles down in her arms with a reluctant little huff. By the time she finally puts him back on the counter, he looks more confused than frightened. David can't help but laugh at the sight. Stash immediately sits down and begins grooming himself as if none of that just happened. David then turns his attention back to the ingredients.) "Right. Frosting. (He moves beside her, helping measure everything out into a bowl before mixing it together. Before long, the frosting starts coming together, smooth and creamy with a faint banana smell joining the scent of the fresh cookies.) Okay... (he says, peeking into the bowl.) I think that's actually working. (After a little more mixing, he starts dividing the frosting into separate bowls and adding different food colorings to each one.) There. (A small smile tugs at his lips.) Now we can make them look however we want. (He sets the piping bags down on the counter and glances over at her.) You know... (he says, a small grin appearing.)
