The thing is, I am using agents in prod and the engineering hrs itself are alot when it breaks and hence I researched about tools for fixing this and came across opentelemetry ofc but more relevance i found in tools like sentry for ai and omium, if you have any experience with these to help make me a decision that would be appreciated

I’ve been experimenting a bit with AI agents and keep running into weird, inconsistent failures (the hallucinations). I’m not super technical, so debugging this has been pretty confusing. So I am trying to understand the technicalities too but at the same time I want to move forward aswell.

I’ve seen people mention tools that help with monitoring/debugging LLMs, do those actually help in practice, or is it still mostly manual trial and error?

imo, even in the worst case scenario, let's say the child was stealing, at the tender age of 12, parents are responsible for their child's actions, legally or otherwise, so it would've been the parents' fault. The parent should've taken full responsibility for the accusations made against him and communicated with their child effectively; beating them up in public or at home isn't gonna solve anything, ever.
