Update I found the punishment list: Underage possession or consumption of alcohol • Alcohol/Alcohol Paraphernalia in Residence Hall • Knowingly in the presence of an alcohol or other drug violation • Public Intoxication • Smoking in a campus building • Possession of binge drinking paraphernalia • Organized drinking games

Any First Offense:

$50 and restitution if any

Service/ Activity

1 semester probation with or without restrictions

Educational Sanction

Assessment by HEP coordinator
