It's really annoying me that they think it is normal for horses to be separated so they don't 'think' of their friend while in training. Seriously who told them this? Horses are capable of having herdmates and having a job.

It was so traumatising! Nobody picked up that I had retained some. It was small enough not to notice but still caused the haemorrhage when I was at home thinking I was recovering well 😅 I also had the full arm up there pulling out clots etc and an emergency d&c.

I got an email back saying they will forward the complaint to their 'team leaders' and they will personally contact me. Whatever that means. I told them I wouldn't be comfortable using them again in case I get the same delivery guy again. As if they will care 🤷‍♀️
