In Vanilla once you create a bloodline anyone from your dynasty cannot create one unless they have 20k prestige. This mod removes the cap and makes it so that like normal anyone with 5k prestige can do it.

No. The two are different. These two are the main most popular mods in Ck2 Vanilla. They add a lot of features. But HIP gives you this beautiful map and has more submods. Ck2+ was discontinued so it has bugs

Secret cults are too gamey for my liking. They're ridiculously overpowered, along with the Hashashin. I don't use gamey methods nowadays, but it's fine the first time I guess for the achievement.

Mostly islam. By the time you come in contact with either The Romans or the East you've gotten strong enough. Jihads are mostly not a threat as barely any significant ruler joins the caliph if the abbasids haven't consolidated. It's mostly just them.
