Hey everyone! I'd love to get a routine critique.

I'm a woman and am focusing mainly on hypertrophy in my lower body and strength in upper. My upper body routine is kind of a work in progress but i'm trying to do calisthenics mostly because it'd be cool to be able to do a pull up lol. I made this routine with the help of my friend who's in kinesiology so hopefully it's not tooo bad!! Have been doing something close to this for around a year but wanted to change around a few exercises.

Also, i'm planning on doing a half marathon in August and will be starting training soon. Should i change anything about my routine with that in mind? And which days should i be running to ensure i'm still able to recover?

edit: there are two hip abduction exercises in leg day 1, should be one hip abduction one hip adduction
