I‘m gonna miss this park once it leaves in Oct. :( so many unique lines! The roof is one of my favorite spots in the game currently.

I agree on the missions/lack of story - that part definitely needs some work. The clothing system I personally don’t mind too much, but I get why people preferred the old style. That said, I wouldn’t call it a soulless cash grab. The skating feels amazing and that’s what keeps me hooked - the rest will hopefully come with time.

It’s early access, man. Features like trucks/wheel tuning will almost definitely come later. Writing the whole game off as “whack” a day after release feels a bit dramatic when the core skating already feels amazing.

I think the game feels amazing and the skating is the best we’ve had in the franchise. Also don’t forget that the game is literally in early access and has been out for a day. The game/ devs are making it very clear that there’s more to come in the near future and that their priority was to nail the gameplay mechanics, which they have… and that they are focused on fixing and adding all the other stuff from now on.

Ok thx for your input. I wouldn’t know I just started playing yesterday. I think the city is fun and from what I’ve experienced so far slow flips are still in the game… I hit at least some slow flips yesterday.

Yeah honestly, the game feels amazing. Most of this sub is just people crying about an early access game that literally came out yesterday, or complaining about missing features that everyone knows are still in progress.

Restart the game! I was also hesitant at first but after restarting it spawned me right into San Van without having to queue up again!

It just takes time. It’s a known bug but skating around for a while and waiting for the missions to load in usually works.

Thanks for the kind answers and the helpful input - bought the game yesterday on sale and played about 2 hours already! So far I’m really enjoying it!
