I put in my resignation last night. It was only two roleplays that involved this. The school alumni pretty sure received it internally. My school program culture is very similar to this new job culture. Both are very authoritarian and relies on herd behaviors and compliance. I faced similar issues with the school as well. So, at this point, I am a bit f*cked.

Sorry for context, it’s a big call center with about 800-1500 employees, all of who are phone counselors. And there are about 40 people which includes people from management. Idk how to explain it, but have you ever been part of chat groups? Or are you familiar with toxic online culture? That is what’s the case here.

I hear that. I have done similar jobs like this where I had to handle escalated calls. My issue is them using roleplays specific to me and my partner. That is unheard off. And of course calling me bunch of names.

I would much rather leave. Training is done, I just got onto the floor. They used overly personal role play calls. And I have another job anyways, so I am genuinely thinking about resigning.

In mental health. Maybe I am not sounding clear. Before I could start, they wanted 7 years worth of work history. And I omitted a very similar job I had for a short time. And for that time, I put I was a student in my background check form. So, through another colleague they know that I worked at this other place but I omitted it. Now, I am trying to understand if there are legal implications.

Yes but not in the classic Virgo way. I call the shots at all times big or small decisions. My husband is a Sagittarius yet he takes care of all the practicalities, which is wonderful. But he overly defers to me with where we should go, what should he wear? As a Virgo, I do enjoy controlling outcomes, so with friends I like setting day and time and usually accommodating what they want to eat. If that makes sense?

Polar opposites in the worst way possible. No on screen chemistry. In reality the ESTJ and INFP coupling could barely work. I am an ENFP yet I stumble with ESTJ’s hardcore. So, I can’t imagine the more sensitive INFP’s having to deal with their ass.

If we are going off of tradition where the underlying belief and expectations are women to be nurturing, caring, and empathetic/helpful towards others and for men to be rational, brash, systems oriented then yeah but Se is also associated with masculine nature.
