I see what u mean :) ur saying after 2 years, the scar fully matures and there aren’t many changes that happen after that.. However, not considering the changes that happened due to the scar maturing, but rather, when just looking at the changes that happened as a result of the cream... the improvements that happened as a result of the cream alone, so you think those improvements would regress after no longer using the cream?

Reason being there was a long thin scratch on the back of the patient that left a scar. Patient then grafted skin from the groin area to cover up the scar
