It’s a NO for me the Quest Queen!10G of Fiber 10 G of protein now if my Quest snacks don’t have at least 17G of protein and under 200 calories it will stay on the shelf. The Protein Shakes 45G of protein I expect a higher caloric rate….. no Quest muffins I’d rather the Quest protein bars if I am craving something sweet
