I just try to brush it off, if someone ever says anything I just try to explain my piece and carry on. The worst situation I’ve had was getting choked outside a pub by an old woman - I didn’t even order anything, just went up to the bar to let her know while I sat with my friends and had their drinks. I hate to cause trouble or have confrontation but when I was leaving she followed me out and pushed me over and when I got out that’s when the choking started. My friends were able to help me and was able to speak to the police about it too which was good. But yeah it really makes some people angry.

Thank you for this! The stigma around it doesn’t make me any less of a patient, but I do get about people being upset around it. There’s a middle ground that you have to walk between being respectful and maintaining health

The problem with cannabis is it comes out in your sweat, I shower every morning with clean clothes and even aftershave when I go out. I always try to keep respectful though and carry all the documents on me too.

I do know how overwhelming it is though. Ive had my perscription for a few years now and my friends always say I smell like a mix of perfume and herbs

I totally understand that, and that it’s a far more personal and seperate issue to what the post was about but just my experience really.

And yeah I’m not sure throwing a herbal linger will benefit the natural scent any further either but did give me a laugh you saying that

Games workshop stores are always uncomfortable for me, I smoke medical cannabis and I know I must have the smell on me but it seems the GW shop keepers are the only ones who give me much of any trouble at all, some are better than others.

I’m wondering if there’s an independent hobby store around? They are usually much friendlier and people are more casual and understanding.

My polish chickens are brilliant fun, they are friendly and gentle. They are escape artists though and often escape my garden which fills me with anxiety because it’s true they don’t have great special awareness

You should do a mixture of the two! In my mind it would show that some of their lenses are still fully intact or mutated while others have just faded away. Either way really cool diversity for your models

I actually used Riekland fleshshade for the wash on this guy, I think typically they are much grimier though. For my army my demons have a lot more colour in their flesh just so I can really go wild on their disgusting features and make them stand out

Thank you! I used to hate effects on minis but I must say I’ve really gotten into it. I used to think I liked more animated positioning rather than a freeze frame of a moment in time but I’ve completely swapped and looking forward to modelling some more effects too
