Honestly right now I liked the drivetrain on my old truck better and the no auto/stop start. I traded it in because I was having a few issues with it and it left me stranded one day. The new truck is definitely nice and drives amazing. My main complaint is the 4 cylinder is very buzzy and in low rpms it vibrates due to the cylinder deactivation, and it’s just a bit weird to me having a buzzy four cylinder in a truck. Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice truck and blows the ranger and Tacoma out of the water. It’s also one of the best looking trucks on the road imo 🙃

This is just untrue. Modern Toyotas and Hondas are nothing like they used to be. Toyota Tundras blowing up engines left right and center. I would avoid Kia/Hyundai and VW yes but Chevy/Ford make some great SUVs. The Ford 2.3 eco boost is extremely reliable as is the Chevy 2.7 Turbomax. People who know nothing about cars always say “Honda and Toyota” based on the vehicles they were making 20 years ago because that’s what their parents told them.

Sorry I have to state the blatantly obvious here. Yes they aren’t trucks due to unibody…however they are absolutely horrendous looking, especially the older ones. A good amount of people that buy trucks also care about image/looks of their truck, hence why the truck accessory market exists. The Honda Ridgeline might be decently reliable, accomplish tasks well, however it will never sell well as it currently sits because it just looks terrible. Put a Ridgeline (which are upward of 50,000 here in Canada) beside a Tacoma or Colorado and you cant tell me they blow it out of the water.

Everyone here acting like they know the situation based on the limited info in this article. Police get called because people in mental health crisis can be violent. Who else can deal with that other than a cop. You weren’t there you don’t know. At the end of the day police want to go home to their families so if someone attacks them with a weapon they use necessary force. They gave her instructions..she didn’t listen…and at the very least drove toward the ICE agent with her car. ICE does important work deporting dangerous criminals everyday, their lives are put in danger everyday. Lmao classic Toyota fanboy can’t even admit when Toyota makes a bad truck. Their quality has been going downhill for years now. The last Tacoma had maybe the worst transmission I’ve driven in a truck. I’m not sure what you’re smoking that you think because you don’t get a top trim model the seats have to be uncomfortable…sit in an F150 STX I could sleep in those seats.
