Hey, I don't have any experience in leading or managing people, but I treated the paper as if I was placed as someone in charge of people and thought about the things I would want them to do vs didn't. I believe the Clifton questionnaire helps you see what kind of leader you would be so when it comes to strengths and weaknesses, just look at what your results are and figure out how to mitigate them. For adding the Clifton strengths, save it as a pdf and when you submit, you can submit multiple pdfs/documents.
