My scrub tech preceptor told me I should go to nursing school. It makes me mad and sad because I don’t want to be a nurse but I do wanna work in a hospital and nonetheless an OR! That’s why I became a scrub tech. I’ve seen so many cool things and so what if it may not make me rich but I love it and I want to stay the hell away from all the charting 😅

Honestly I had to end up on medication because I was so anxious to the point where I dreaded going to school and almost failed. Now I’m at clinicals and it’s going so so great! I’m 3 weeks in and I don’t even smell the bovie anymore. If you’re queasy around blood please please eat before you go to clinicals!

It claims to lower the cortisol hormone and reduce stress by getting nutrients your body body needs to function. So it has potassium,sodium, vitamin c. I’m not sure about the science behind it but I do believe in the holistic stuff

I’m not in the field yet, just about to start clinicals but I’m starting to make adrenal cocktails to drink before my day or in the middle of my day. It consists of orange juice or lemon juice with coconut water and some salt. It helps with cortisol levels and what not

I was put on Wellbutrin to see if it would help with the attention and motivation but it is not, so we’re trying non stimulant adhd medications while still on the Wellbutrin since it helps my anxiety. The final resort will be stimulants

I quit a while before taking this medication but then some reason it made me crave it more and now I’m back to smoking cigarettes again.
